ONE OF A KIND PLATES
it’s lovely to make beautiful things together. and this time (between 2015 en 2017 it was Elke van den Berg (studio HARM&ELKE) that invited me in her workshop in Eindhoven. we started a collaboration that would bring somewhat 1000 hand casted and hand drawn plates and bowls to the world. we made them in portions of 200/300 each time. i would then go there, draw, draw, draw, draw and draw and then by the end of the day Elke could start glazing them before the one of a kind plates would go into the kiln.a lovely project to look back on.
